The Family Mladenović Tavern in Saraorci was built in the first half of XIX century as a road tavern on a former Constantinople road direction. It signifies one of the first objects of a new Bazaar seen as an attempt to form a small town of Saraorci.
It is one of more significant objects of the national architecture with undeniable architectural, ethnological and historical values. This is a ground floor building, with a rectangular base of 30x15m. It was built in a half-timbered construction and an old format brick composite with a four-sloped roof covered with tile. Its central porch with wooden pillars and Morava arches is stretched towards the street.
For a very long time the tavern was in the possession of an eminent family Mladenović who parented the national hero Sveta Mladenović and the poet Tanasije Mladenović, with a memorial as a witness on a building façade. The object was for some time neglected and decrepit, but the new owners have been slowly returning its old values with their hosting attitude.
